Test Track 10

The Test Track 10 and Fun Run offer our participants and spectators a unique opportunity to see areas of the Ford site normally prohibited to the general public with participants having full access to the actual Test Track.

Taking place on Sunday 21st May, our exclusive 10 mile running event set within the grounds of the Ford Dunton Campus site in Laindon, Essex, offers a safe, challenging and almost traffic free race experience.

The accredited route is two laps consisting of 4.5 miles, plus a 1 miles finish loop, and contains both flat and steady inclines throughout.

The Test Track 10, also known as TT10, is a much loved event and has grown over the last ten years. Fully accessible to casual and club runners, wheelchair users and walkers, entrants can enjoy the course location and its unique ten mile length.

For those looking to complete a shorter distance, take part in our 2.5km fun run – also perfect for novice runners, children from ages 5, runners wanting a quicker, shorter distance or those wishing to compete in fancy dress. The course is one full lap of the High Speed Test Track which is traffic free and clear of obstructions.

All participants who complete the Test Track 10 course will receive a medal and their official running time. All participants who complete the Fun Run course will receive a medal.

We believe that sport and activity should be accessible for all, and are proud to be able to offer wheelchair users the opportunity to also participant in the Test Track 10 and Fun Run. The course is suitable for any form of wheelchair, however we recommend the use of a IPC-approved racing chairs or Race Runners.
